1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Pagis application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Pagis is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized learning workbooks and exercises based on topics or materials you provide. The free tier allows up to 2 workbooks. A paid subscription unlocks unlimited workbooks and additional features.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly ($12/month) or yearly ($99.99/year) basis.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payment information directly.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pagis to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app or its backend
• Abuse the AI generation service (e.g. automated bulk generation)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Content

Workbooks and exercises are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Pagis does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. Always verify important information from authoritative sources. You own the workbooks you generate.

7. Intellectual Property

The Pagis app, its design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pagis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. Use the service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
